Massachusetts voters on Tuesday authorised a poll measure that provides ride-share drivers for app-based firms like Uber and Lyft the greenlight to unionize.
The Massachusetts measure, often called “Query 3,” would enable ride-share drivers thought of unbiased contractors to collectively cut price over pay and advantages.
